Helping health systems achieve the quadruple aim
through strategic innovation and process optimization.
About Cura
Cura Health System Innovation Advisory helps hospitals, clinics, and other health care delivery systems succeed in a rapidly changing market.
With a unique combination of strategic expertise, operational skill, and change management expertise, we can help you achieve your quadruple aim: improving the health of the population, enhancing the patient experience, reducing costs, and improving care team well-being.
Our organization's approach to innovation is reactive, addressing problems like whack-a-mole. We don't have a cohesive and strategic approach to innovation.
Our processes are fraught with waste and inefficiencies, which lead to staff burnout, high costs, poor quality, and disappointing patient experiences.
It is incredibly complex for our organization to make decisions on which innovations and which projects to resource. By the time we make a decision, the innovation is already out-dated.
Our teams spend most of their time fire-fighting without time to focus. At the end of the year we often realize that we didn't meaningfully move the needle on our strategic priorities.
Most innovations or technologies that we try to implement do not end up achieving the touted outcomes.
Sound Familiar?
Most health system executives experience these or similar pain points.

Testimonials
I have found Jenine to be extraordinarily gifted in being able to blend intellectual acumen with interpersonal skills. She connects with people at all levels of the organization and is very tactful and effective giving the appropriate guidance and structure to advance very complicated projects.
It is not very frequent in a career that you get the opportunity to work with someone like Jenine. I have been impressed with Jenine’s intellectual capacity, her expertise in operational process efficiency, and her ability to build strong relationships of mutual trust and respect not only with senior leadership and physician leaders, but also those on her team. Jenine has a passion and energy for transforming the way we deliver healthcare that is contagious and inspiring for others.
Jenine's wealth of knowledge, insights, and experience has been invaluable to our team. Beyond excelling in developing our people, she plays a pivotal role in shaping and structuring our work to drive impactful results. Her knack for swiftly establishing trusting relationships with both leaders and team members facilitates rapid alignment and seamless collaboration. We deeply value and appreciate the significant contributions she has made to our success.
You can not drive meaningful change in a health system without a near anthropological understanding of the operations born out of experience. But you also have to have a full strategic and innovative tool set. Jenine brains all of this.
